The honours and awards included in this database were selected based on specific criteria, including relative merit and, in some cases, the availability of historical records. Some awards have been omitted for not meeting the criteria. Others may be absent because no RCEME members have received them. Most of the awards and honours received by RCEME members are Canadian. However, other nations have also recognized RCEME members, so those are included here as well.
