Croix de Guerre 1940-1945

Established in April 1945 by Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxembourg, the Croix de Guerre 1940–1945 is a military decoration awarded for distinguished service during World War II. It honors members of the Luxembourg armed forces and paramilitary organizations who displayed bravery or exceptional service. Foreign nationals who served Luxembourg could also receive this decoration.
